Shipping & Returns

The transportation of your parcel
Packages are shipped within a week (working days) after receipt of your payment.
If predictable delay, we will contact you to maintain your order or to make repayment.

The standard shipping method is Colissimo but you can also opt for delivery via Letter Max. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide you with a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package if the mode of transport permits.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage.They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can group two distinct orders as the first command is not sent.
Packages are oversized and protected.
International Shipping:
We offer three services:
- A delivery with tracking number (international post)
- A conventional delivery without tracking
- A classic slow delivery with a lower cost
