Terms of delivery

The transportation of your parcel

Packages are shipped within a week (working days) after receipt of payment.
In case of delay anticipated, we will contact you to keep your order or to make repayment.
Mode shipped via the Colissimo but you can also opt for delivery via Letter Max. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional charge applies, thank you for contacting us.
Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide you with a link that allows you to track the online delivery of your package if the mode of transport permits.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage.
They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can group two distinct orders as the first order is not shipped.

Packages are oversized and protected.

We offer three services:

- A trackable (Colissimo International)

- A conventional delivery without tracking
