Terms and conditions of use

You have a period of 7 days of receipt of our products to return the product or products that do not suit you.
The shipping and return will be at your expense.
Only the price of the product purchased will be refunded subject to items returned complete, not damaged or damaged in their original packaging.
The copy of the original invoice will be provided.
The risks associated with the return of the item (loss or damage) are your responsibility.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
The total or partial inability to use the products may give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning the responsibility of Epictetus, except in the case of a hidden defect found, non-conformity, defect or exercise the right of withdrawal envisaged in Article 1. In any case, you benefit from the statutory warranty provisions including those relating to warranty against hidden defects. In case of defect, you can either cancel the order or preserve the product against a price decrease. The provisions of this section does not prevent you from enjoying the right of withdrawal (money back) under section 1.

ARTICLE 3 - REFUND
In the cases mentioned in Articles 1 and 2, we will reimburse you within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
The refund will be made either by credit of Epictete paypal or check sent to the customer who placed the order and billing address.
No sending in against-refunding will be accepted, whatever the reason.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
The product offers are valid while stocks last.
With regard to bids for products stored in the partners of Epictetus, we are subject to the availability of tenants.
We are committed to keeping you informed of the difficulties of supply and in the event of unavailability of products after ordering we pledge to cancel your order and refund your money.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Upon confirmation of your order, we are committed to deliver promptly to the address you specify (usually within 5 business days of order date)
Epictete not be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery not dependent on his will.
Goods travel at the risk of the recipient.
All events of any nature whatsoever beyond the control of Epictetus, such as force majeure (war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents), administrative decision or stop transport, which would tend to delay, impede and make exorbitant execution of supply, are, by express agreement, a cause for suspension or termination of obligations of Epictetus in its discretion, without compensation to the customer.
In any event, any delay in delivery can result in damages, withholding or cancellation of orders.

For foreign countries we are happy to offer 3 different kinf of delivery:

- Colissimo: tracked and insured

- Regular post office: not tracked, not insured

- Slow cost: not tracked, not insured

If you want to have your parcel registered, please contact us, an extra charge will be asked.

ARTICLE 6 - PRICING
The prices of our products are expressed in euros (VAT) but exclude the cost of handling and shipping (unless stated in the Product Review)
For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price displayed is the same. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes may be payable. These rights are not within the purview of Epictetus.They will be at your expense and are your responsibility both in terms of statements and payments to the authorities and bodies in your country.
Epictetus reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Epictetus until full payment.

ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT
The price you are charged is indicated on our order confirmation.
This amount is payable the day of the order.
To do this, the regulations may make by check, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard.
When payment centers have given their agreement, the order is confirmed will be considered effective.


SECTION 8 - CONTROL
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
You will receive an email confirmation of order to the address you have provided.
The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order.
The information given by the buyer when the order is taken, commit this: in case of error in the name and address of the recipient, Epictetus can not be held responsible for failure in which it could be to deliver the product.


ARTICLE 9 - VALIDATION
You acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions for placing your order. The checkout process is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by Epictetus constitute proof of all transactions made by Epictetus and its customers.


ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
The responsibility of Epictetus is not responsible for non compliance with the legislation of the country where the goods are delivered.

ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This contract is subject to French law.
In case of dispute the French courts will have jurisdiction.


ARTICLE 12 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information and data about you is required to manage your order and our trade relations. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, rectify any personal information about you. Simply send us an email.

ARTICLE 13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We are very committed to the quality of our products and the development on the site they therefore all components of the site Paperandco (visuals, videos, underlying technologies, and any other information contained on site) are protected by copyright, trademarks and patents. They are the exclusive property of Epictetus.
